SPRlNT ASSET Hungária Zrt. became registered in the list "The Register of Qualified Market Participants"under Act XXX of 2016 on Protective and security measures of complementary and mandatory rules (license No.AH/79776-32/2024-2). As a result, any qualified real estate fund managed by the company is elgible under Hungarian "Guest Investor Program", according to Articles 16. and 22. of Act XC of 2023 on the General Rules for the Entry and Residence of Third-Country Nationals.

Hungary Real Estate Development and Investment Fund managed by SPRINT ASSET Hungaria Zrt. is a qualified real estate investment fund under the Guest Investor Program.

Under the management of SPRINT ASSET Hungária Zrt., SPRINT Hungary Real Estate Development and Investment Fund has been officially registered (Registration Number 1222-68) by MNB and is listed in Hungarian Real Estate Investment Fund Database.

SPRINT ASSET Hungária Zrt. received the necessary operational license (Decision Number H-EN-III-265/2024) from the Hungarian National Bank (MNB) to start fund management activates in the financial sector.
