The SPRINT Hungary Real Estate Development and Investment Fund (hereinafter referred as: Fund) , registered with MNB under registration number 1222-68.

Certain dedicated Classes of Investment Units of this Fund are in compliance with the provisions of Act XC of 2023 on the General Rules for the entry and stay of third-country nationals, especially those that are set in Articles 16. and 22. on the Guest Investor Visa and Guest Investor Residence Permit.

Investing in these investment units entitles their investors to participate in the Guest Investor Program (qualified to apply for Guest Investor Visa and Guest Investor Residence Permit).
